When we first created Freefall Sangria, we didn’t expect to start slinging cocktails with it, but we discovered that not only does it taste amazing straight over ice, but it also works magic as a component of cocktails! Try them….you will love them.

Extra Altitude

3 oz Freefall Sangria
1 1/2 oz Prosecco

Serve over ice.

Hypoxic Margarita

1 oz Freefall Sangria
1.5 oz tequila
3/4 oz lime
3/4 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz triple sec
salt and sugar for glass rim

Wet rim of glass with some lime juice and place in salt and sugar. Add all ingredients into shaker and shake. Pour into glass. Garnish with lime and orange.

The Relationship

(Starts off sweet and burns at the end)

1 oz Freefall Sangria
1 oz vodka
3/4 oz jalopeno syrup or simple syrup
1/2 oz chambord
muddled jalopeno

Muddle jalopeno in shaker. Add ice and remaining ingredients and shake. Serve straight up.

Politically Incorrect Negroni

1 oz Freefall Sangria
1 oz gin
1 oz campari

Add the ingredients and ice together in shaker. Shake. Strain into glass or serve on ice. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.

Put Me In Coach

1 oz Freefall Sangria
1 oz vodka
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
3 blackberries

Muddle blackberry in shaker. Add ice and remaining ingredients. Shake and pour into glass over ice

Downwinder

1 1/2 oz. Freefall Sangria
1 1/2 oz. vodka
3/4 oz lime
1/2 oz triple sec
1/2 oz simple syrup (optional)
2 muddled strawberries

Muddle strawberries in shaker. Add ice and remaining ingredients. Shake it up and serve. Straight up or on the rocks. Garnish with strawberry.

Ground Rush Slush

2 oz. Freefall Sangria
1/2 cup crushed ice
2 oz rum
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz fresh lime juice

Combine ingredients in a blender and pulse until mixed. Serve immediately.

Some Like It Hot

(Mulled Freefall)

1 bottle Freefall
2 cups apple cider

Option One:
3 cinnamon sticks
6 allspice berries
8 cloves
2 star anise
1/4 orange

Pierce orange with cloves. Place all ingredients in pot and heat on low for 20 min. Strain and serve warm.**

Option Two
3 tea bags of mulling spices

Heat for 20 minutes on low.

**For more warmth, add brandy after heating. 

Freefall Sour

1 oz Freefall Sangria
2 oz rye whiskey or bourbon
3/4 oz simple syrup
3/4 zo lemon juice
dash of egg white (optional)

Combine whiskey, syrup, lemon and egg white. Fill with ice, cover, and shake. Strain into a rocks glass, straight up or on ice. Gently pour Freefall over the back of a spoon held just above the drink’s surface so sangria floats on top.

Mile High

1 oz Freefall Sangria
1.5 vodka
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz lime

Combine all ingredients and serve over ice. Garnish with lime

Down & Dirty

1 oz Freefall Sangria
1.5 oz whiskey
3/4 oz lime
1/2 oz cherry liqueur
4 blueberries
4 mint leaves

Muddle blueberries and mint in shaker. Add ice and remaining ingredients and shake. Pour into glass. Garnish with blueberry and mint.
